Hi Beacons Team, I’m reaching out because I’m experiencing a major issue with the checkout flow that is costing me sales. I sell a $597 digital product, and many of my customers purchase using Klarna or Afterpay. Recently, the checkout experience changed, and now customers must: Select Klarna or Afterpay. Click a green button that says “Secure pay $597.” Only after clicking that button do they see their payment plan options. The problem is that many customers believe clicking “Secure pay $597” will immediately charge them the full amount. They become afraid to continue and abandon the checkout, even after I explain during my TikTok Lives that they won’t be charged $597 and that they’ll see their payment plans on the next screen. This has become a frequent concern, and I believe it’s negatively impacting my conversion rate. Is there any way to: * Customize the wording on that button? * Display something like “Continue to Payment Options” or “Review Payment Plans” instead? * Or allow customers to view their payment plan options before seeing a button that appears to charge the full purchase price? If this isn’t currently possible, I’d love for this to be submitted as a feature request. I think it would greatly improve the checkout experience for creators selling higher-ticket products with Buy Now, Pay Later options. Thank you for your time. I find it unbelievable that those who make a purchase on our link in bio site are not automatically added to our audience. What is the point of my setting up automation emails for products purchased if they are NOT added to my audience? For example: I have a freebie for a blueprint. 7 people have gotten it and I can follow up with NONE of them because they are not part of the beacons audience so they are not receiving the 2 email automation I created. This makes absolutely NO SENSE to me at all. Please correct this!

Just more advanced shipping options and not having to do a work-around having to make customers input location for a digital product. Although it's clever, and I like that kind of thinking trying to get the problem solved, I need actual shipping options and integrations that can help me make beacons my main place to sell my small-business items. I would really appreciate it since I do want to stick with Beacons because of how clean and easy to use it is.

So I am about to sell courses and one high ticket $6 k + and there is no way to suspend someone if they don't make a payment and default. Courses look very similar to kajabi and there should be a way to suspend for failing to pay.

The instructional video on your website explaining how to add an automated “leave a review” email for customers appears to be outdated. Specifically, the “Email Receipt” page no longer displays the “Request a Review” option referenced in the video. I’ve thoroughly searched across the Beacons dashboard and settings but have been unable to find any way to enable or configure an automated review request email for customers who purchase digital products. This feature is extremely important for collecting feedback and building trust with my audience. Could you please clarify whether this feature has been removed, relocated, or is currently experiencing an issue? If it has been removed, I strongly urge your team to consider reinstating it, as it plays a critical role in product growth and customer engagement. I would appreciate it if this issue could be addressed as soon as possible. If there is no resolution or clear path forward, I may need to consider transitioning my digital products to another platform such as Stan Store. Thank you for your time and support. Hello Beacons Team, I am a creator and affiliate marketer based in Nairobi, Kenya. I have been using Beacons successfully since November last year, but recently I have faced major payment challenges. PayPal is no longer a reliable payout option for many creators in Kenya, and Stripe is not directly supported for Kenyan businesses. This has made it extremely difficult for me to receive my earnings and continue growing my business. I would like to request that Beacons add support for more payout methods for creators in Kenya and other African countries, such as Paystack, M-Pesa, bank transfers, Flutterwave, or other regional payment providers. Many talented creators in Africa depend on Beacons, but limited payout options make it difficult for us to continue using the platform. Please consider expanding your payout options so creators in Kenya can continue building sustainable online businesses. I have contacted support regarding the payment issues affecting my reservations. Unfortunately, the responses have been extremely disappointing, with no clear explanation or resolution provided. I have potential clients trying to make reservations using payment accounts from Mexico, but they continuously receive an error message. The platform still displays available payment options, including card payments, yet the transactions continue to fail. What is the actual answer here? Which payment methods and countries are truly supported? If Mexico is not supported, this should be clearly communicated. If it is supported, then why are the payments failing? I am genuinely trying to work with your platform, but the service quality has been very poor, and there always seem to be recurring issues. I need a clear explanation and a concrete resolution as soon as possible

We create and sell music arrangements (sheet music). For each piece, we often have multiple versions available (for example: free excerpt, complete score, play-along version, different instrumentations, etc.). It would be incredibly helpful if a single digital product could contain selectable variants. This would make the buying experience much simpler, improve conversions, and prevent us from having to create multiple separate products for the same musical work.

Is there an option for adding variants for the products! I’d like to add size and quantity etc.
