I’d love to see Beacons expand their manager access to better support virtual assistants. As Beacons has become a powerful tool for creators to fully build eCommerce stores, manage social media engagement, and streamline content, it would be incredibly valuable to have a dedicated "Virtual Assistant" access level. This access level would allow VAs to handle specific operational tasks, such as content scheduling, managing smart replies, lead generation, and customer support without compromising sensitive account settings. A dedicated VA access could include permissions to manage: Content updates and scheduling Engagement tools like smart replies and lead magnets Email sequences and course setup Analytics access for reporting This feature would help creators and businesses who rely on remote support, creating a seamless experience for delegating tasks to VAs while keeping account security in place. I believe this would be a game-changer for users managing multiple aspects of their brand with the help of a team. Thank you for considering this feature for future updates!

When I'm managing an account, I'd like to be able to reuse images across the accounts I'm managing, and not have to upload them again each time.

It would be really cool if Manager Accounts had the ability to customize the look, design and layout, of their one-sheet combined mediakit of their talent or clients. For example I am an influencer agent and representative for an agency and I wish to reach out to businesses and brands using my one-sheet that features my clients on it. Currently we only have the ability to change business information and shared details, add a business photo and logo and re-order our talent. We should have more options than this because currently the design, look and layout of the one-sheet I currently need to use to share to cold-email brands is currently lacking in all areas as far as matching our company and agency's aesthetic. It is plain black, with white font which is incredibly plain (and to be blunt frankly boring). I manage a collective group of creatives who are also in the entertainment industry and this just doesn't suit our vibe. We would love the ability to change the one-sheet pages background colour (one colour or gradient), (or to a static or scrolling image), to change font styles or colours, to also change the side business information and contact bar colour (highlight colour which is obviously containing (or not containing if we so decide) a transparency scale bar which I also feel like should be included with each of the talents photo boarders and stats metrics, (but then showing the background colour or photo we have decided to include and in-between the talents photo and stats. Would also be great if we could choose the amount (vertical and horizontal) we want featured in the one-sheet mediakit. Having the ability to upload a photo per talent if we wish to without changing their entire personal mediakit's photo would be great! Better capabilities with all internet explorer types (Safari in addition to how good it looks on Google Chrome, same for mobile customization capabilities (like having the ability to change the layout plan for mobile but keeping desktop view the way we want it). Having notifications for what could be changed, added, altered to have a better (no errors or issues) success rate with our talent and their social media connections of mediakit information too (on the back end of things for Manager accounts) would be an excellent addition! One of the best things you could do for us professionals is giving us the capability to pay for a custom domain name and http link for our manager one-sheet's so that it looks more professional when sharing and doesn't look like this random long link. (Short-Links on Beacons is currently not working well enough for us to feel confident using it without users possibly encountering issues accessing the webpage).
