Can we add the smart reply to TikTok like what you have in IG?

After an AutoDM is sent with a link, I'd love the ability to automatically send a follow-up message if the recipient hasn't clicked the link within a set time period (e.g. 24–48 hours). Ideal flow: AutoDM sent with resource link System tracks whether the link was clicked If not clicked within X hours → send a follow-up nudge (customisable message) If clicked → no follow-up sent This would significantly improve conversion rates from comment triggers, especially for lead magnets and free resources. Most people see the DM but don't act immediately — a single follow-up can recover a large chunk of those leads. Manychat already does that :)

I manage two Instagram accounts (a personal brand and a business account) and currently have to switch between separate logins to manage automations for each. I'd love the ability to connect and manage at least 2 Instagram accounts under a single Beacons login — at minimum for AutoDM/Smart Reply. This would make Beacons significantly more useful for creators who run multiple brands or accounts, and is a standard feature on most competitor DM automation tools.

When someone comments and triggers an AutoDM, I'd love the ability to first check if they're following me — and if not, send them a prompt to follow before delivering the resource/link. This would work as a toggle in the AutoDM flow: User comments → AutoDM triggered System checks: are they following? If yes → deliver the resource If no → send a "follow me first" message, then deliver once they follow This is a common feature on competitor platforms (e.g. ManyChat) and makes a meaningful difference for growing an engaged audience rather than just giving away resources to non-followers.

For the Appointments option, in the confirmation message, integrate the GoogleMeet meeting link

I would love to have an automated DM sent to new subscribers on Instagram (and maybe other platforms as well?)

I would love to search for the keywords of smart reply text that I have used. So I do not repeat the same word, and do not have to scroll the list pages and pages to find the words that I have used in order not to have repeats. Thank you, Charel

Currently smart replies only go to a product. Instead, I'd like to send smart reply responses to webpages, custom links etc. Sending to a website means I can run retargetting ads to anyone who visits the website but doesn't buy (all my Beacons website pages are sales pages that have the Facebook pixel installed). It'd also be nice to have flow automation with a custom follow up to keep people engaged/remind them to check out whatever they were sent (in case they got busy and didn't look!).

Smart Reply (SR) already works with Instagram. Now that Threads has a DM feature, can you make the SR available on Threads as well?

Can you add the ability to capture an email instead of just offering a link to products I would like to use this feature as a lead magnet & offer an exclusive discount code to only people who comment my keyword.
