Can you add the ability to capture an email instead of just offering a link to products I would like to use this feature as a lead magnet & offer an exclusive discount code to only people who comment my keyword.

Hey Support Team, Is it possible to add the smart reply to Facebook comments? That feature will be great!

I would love to have an automated DM sent to new subscribers on Instagram (and maybe other platforms as well?)

Currently smart replies only go to a product. Instead, I'd like to send smart reply responses to webpages, custom links etc. Sending to a website means I can run retargetting ads to anyone who visits the website but doesn't buy (all my Beacons website pages are sales pages that have the Facebook pixel installed). It'd also be nice to have flow automation with a custom follow up to keep people engaged/remind them to check out whatever they were sent (in case they got busy and didn't look!).

Hey Beacons team! As much as I LOVE your Smart Reply feature (seriously, it’s a game-changer), I’d love to see an external link option added... I definitely don’t want to switch to ManyChat just for this, and I’d rather keep everything within Beacons .. If this feature is in the works (or could be), I know it would make my life 1000x easier & for so many of us! Hope you consider it 💗💗

Can we add the smart reply to TikTok like what you have in IG?

Can we please be able to use Smart Reply to just reply with a message or pdf? Not everything I post needs to be directed to a product.

Hi Beacons AI Team, I’ve been experiencing issues with the Smart Reply for comments and automated DM feature—it only works sometimes, not consistently. I rely on this feature, and I really need it to function properly. Could you please look into this and let me know if there’s a fix?

It would be awesome if a SmartReply could first ask for confirmation that the requesting party really wants the link and upon confirmation if they can add their reply with their email address before they ever leave Instagram to follow the link.
