I will probably discontinue use. beacons is just too busy now. I cant find my creator media kits. I am so upset and frustrated. chat couldnt help and then I ran out of credits. no more humans. only AI and it is insufferable.

If selling a course on beacons product page does a great job but what if one sells a higher ticket option where the creator adds the client to the course say via PayPal and the client/person has to make a payment arrangement and they fail say around 5 try's similar to what beacons has already for us creators? We need a option for the course product to have it open or the option to close it until payment is solved for those scenarios.

Hello my name is Emily, and I have a big issue with your app where everyone I try to add an image for my link the images doesn't show. Also your app literally lags all the time. Please fix your app. Thank you

My link-bio has three pages, which new users often overlook because the page names all look simply like "floating" text and don't resemble page buttons at all. The highlighted button for pages only appears after someone clicks the "floating" text. The request feature is this: If multiple pages are being used, then the moment someone opens the link-bio, the first page should always show up as a highlighted button, automatically. Users will then see the more obvious button-text then conclude that the next text on that row is also a button link that takes them to the next page. I like the highlighted button-text. However, it should stay on at all times when using multiple pages. Thank you.

The layout needs better contrast. Buttons are nearly invisible unless I hover over them, which isn't the case in standard light modes. Can you fix the design to make the interface cleaner and easier to navigate?

Can we please have a way to generate the shipping label? After the customer purchases the physical product, would love for the label to be created with tracking number. That would help. And a way to download the orders in a list file to bulk print.

Hello I run a custom made business I was wondering could you add more “custom field” at the checkout. I know this will help other custom made order business to receive intakes from clients and customers. The custom field that beacons have is very limited to only one.

The ability to delete unused media from the Cortex It would be fantastic if there was a way to delete images no longer used from the media area. This would free up space on your server and enable us to keep a clean media area.

I am looking for a way to drip out content for my courses. I may not want students to have access to all lessons right away and am looking for a way to automatically open up content access over a certain amount of time.
