I want to be able to delete a product that I don't want to display again in my store even if it has prior sales. What if the sales period has ended? or the product is no longer relevant?

I understand you want to protect customers, but removing content of a product already defeated that goal. This is possible in all the other stores I have used, like stan, payhip, systeme etc. Please look into this.
