Adding customers to our audience

I find it unbelievable that those who make a purchase on our link in bio site are not automatically added to our audience. What is the point of my setting up automation emails for products purchased if they are NOT added to my audience? For example: I have a freebie for a blueprint. 7 people have gotten it and I can follow up with NONE of them because they are not part of the beacons audience so they are not receiving the 2 email automation I created. This makes absolutely NO SENSE to me at all. Please correct this!

We used to automatically add all buyers to a creator’s audience, but we ran into issues with people marking those emails as spam — especially for freebies. To protect deliverability (and stay compliant with our email provider’s rules), we now require explicit opt-in.
That said, we totally hear you — and we’re working on adding an opt-in checkbox at checkout so you can grow your list while keeping things clean. Appreciate your feedback!
