Feature Requests

The lack of abandoned cart is a serious feature to miss. You have a lot of good features but I don't understand why adding abandoned cart email sequence is still a problem for Link In Bio platforms. It seems the only way to collect emails with Beacons or Stan Store is by offering lead magnets for free. Sometimes we need to run paid ads driving traffic directly to the store. It would be nice to retarget visitors based on their behavior on our stores. Missing this feature is losing a lot of money for digital products sellers. I wonder what's hard about adding it.

It would be helpful if Beacons can "remember" my customer's emails so when they grab freebies/lead magnets for different products, they won't have to type in the same email over and over again.

I would love to be able to set up an email journey based on a customers entry point. The journey would include multiple entry points and can take them on a different email journey if they purchase something along the way

I would love it if we could see conversion rates of emails as well and if they were on percentages

It would be amazing if the email segmentation can be enhanced. I would like to be able to exclude certain groups/segments in addition to adding certain groups before sending emails. For example, when someone purchases a certain offer, I want to be sure they are no longer receiving emails about that particular offer. See the picture attached. There should be an "exclude a group" added under the "add a group" option.

Not sure if this has already been asked but can we get a feature to create a group tag. Then have that tag/group automatically applied when someone purchases a product? This is something that most email marketing platforms have to ensure segmentation is done correctly. It would be a huge plus to have it added to Beacons.

I would like to send an automation to a group instead of waiting for a new purchase or subscriber. I know you can do a broadcast to a group but I would prefer to be able to do a series of emails so it would be easier to do it from automations.

In my one and only email automation, I love the template I have created. I would like to duplicate that template in other email automations, but according to Jacky Zhu that is not yet available. This feature would be so helpful in expediting the process.

Hi Beacons Team, I have a feature request to improve the platform: the ability to attach files (like PDFs, Word documents, or images) to mass emails and broadcasts. Currently, I can't send an updated lead magnet guide to over 300 recipients because attaching files isn't an option. Adding an “Attach File” button in the email composer, with a reasonable file size limit (e.g., 10MB), would solve this issue. This feature should also include the option to attach files directly or provide a preview and download link within the email. Benefits: Enhanced communication by sharing updated resources easily. Improved user experience with direct access to files. Increased efficiency in managing large email lists. Security measures to prevent malicious uploads and ensure compatibility across email clients are also important. This feature would greatly benefit users and enhance the platform's functionality. It would be great to choose from past existing broadcasts to add as secondary and third emails in an automation sequence instead of having to create all of them from scratch.
