Multi-Account Support for AutoDM / Smart Reply

I manage two Instagram accounts (a personal brand and a business account) and currently have to switch between separate logins to manage automations for each.
I'd love the ability to connect and manage at least 2 Instagram accounts under a single Beacons login — at minimum for AutoDM/Smart Reply.
This would make Beacons significantly more useful for creators who run multiple brands or accounts, and is a standard feature on most competitor DM automation tools.

Smart Reply Multi-Account Feature

Hello Beacons Team,
I would like to suggest a feature improvement for Smart Reply.
Currently, Smart Reply appears to be limited to a single Instagram account. It would be extremely useful if users could connect and manage multiple Instagram accounts under the same Beacons account.
For example, a creator may operate two separate Instagram pages that promote different products. With multi-account support, users could connect both Instagram accounts and choose which Smart Reply automation, product, or offer is associated with each account. This would eliminate the need to create and manage separate Beacons accounts for different Instagram pages.
I believe this feature would be especially valuable for creators, businesses, and marketers who manage multiple brands while wanting to keep everything centralized within one Beacons dashboard.
Additionally, while I understand that Smart Reply currently focuses on digital product sales, it would be great if the feature could also be used to automatically share other types of links. For example, creators may want to send followers a YouTube video, blog post, or some other destination they wish to promote or use for support.
I would also love to see support for multiple trigger keywords within a single automation, similar to how ManyChat works. This would make Smart Reply much more flexible and allow creators to capture different variations of the same request without having to create separate automations.
If these features require additional development resources, they could even be offered as premium features for paid users. I believe they would add significant value for creators, businesses, and marketers who rely on automated engagement and monetization tools.
Thank you for considering this suggestion.

Thanks for sharing this, Ishaan Manga — super helpful context. We hear you on how annoying it is having to bounce between separate logins just to manage AutoDM/Smart Reply for two IG accounts. I’m going to pass this along to the team to look into, and we’ll follow up if we need any additional details from you.
