Hi, I have reached out to you guys multiple times trying to get my website working exactly how it should be working but I cannot upload a screenshot of what's going on. No, it's not complete. The issue is still going on. This is so frustrating. I might have to cancel with you guys because I can't even upload. I tried emailing you guys directly no response. I cannot upload a screenshot to show you exactly what's going on and I'm really getting irritated at this point. my domain is not the primary website. It's my link in. bio page that pops up. And I cannot make my website the primary it won't let me confirm it. I know you say it's fixed, but it's not it still pops up my link in my page. I wish I could upload a screenshot of what's going on, but I cannot can somebody reach out to me via email so I can show you exactly what's going on because my website has been down for months.

When sending emails through the platform, links are sometimes routed through a subdomain like url3074._______my domain___.com. In Brave, this triggers a scary warning: “Attackers might be trying to steal your information...” I was able to manually bypass it for myself, but if I were a customer, I likely wouldn't click through. Is there anything you can do on the backend to prevent this warning (SSL, subdomain config, etc.)?

Hello, I've been trying to reach out to your supporting for weeks to help me fix this issue with my website not connecting properly. Is anybody gonna look into it or I'm gonna have to move to another platform because you're not responding to what I need done it's not connecting to my custom domain what is going on am I going to get a response or not? This is so frustrating because I depend on my website for a business that I'm trying to build and you're not responding or looking into it.

I was wondering if anyone else had issues with confirmation emails of digital products being delivered to customers? I tried to "purchase" one of my own freebies just to view the customers POV and the email never arrived in my inbox. I've resent multiple times to no resolution.

My landing page not show all of link in bio,what happened?

I've connected my Instagram alydecolati to my business facebook page Aly Decolati and it's still not connecting to Beacons. Each time I try I successfully get rerouted from Facebook back to Beacons and then Beacons says "No Instagram account found. Please try again." I'm not sure what to do from here.

I have tried a few times now to connect my Instagram account to my beacons socials and I have gone through all of the steps I found on google and chatgpt to try and make it work. It askes if I want to connect them and i log in and say connect to my account and then once I do that it just says no account found.

I've sent couple of emails not getting a response since last week, I can't move on creating my account because of this issue. I had signed up for Creator pro, but I can't find the store block/icon and I had attached the video on my email.

Hey team, I've noticed that the emails, on Outlook, are landing on SPAM folder (on gmail is landing correctly). Plus, none of the emails I've opened on both outlook and gmail accounts have counted to the open rate. My last 3 emails I don't even know if my email list is getting the emails, opening them or even clicking on the link since nothing is being updated on the dashboard. Could you please take a look at this? Thank you.
