I've sent couple of emails not getting a response since last week, I can't move on creating my account because of this issue. I had signed up for Creator pro, but I can't find the store block/icon and I had attached the video on my email.

Happy to clarify for you! We apologize for this confusion as it has to do with the recent interface change on our platform!
It looks like you'll need to add a Digital Product block to your page! In order to do this, you'll need to first click the "+Add Block" button on your Link in Bio page (https://account.beacons.ai/account/home/home). Your Store block will now be under Monetize > Products > Digital Products
