Emails not landing on the right place & open rates not working

Hey team,
I've noticed that the emails, on Outlook, are landing on SPAM folder (on gmail is landing correctly).
Plus, none of the emails I've opened on both outlook and gmail accounts have counted to the open rate. My last 3 emails I don't even know if my email list is getting the emails, opening them or even clicking on the link since nothing is being updated on the dashboard.
Could you please take a look at this?
Thank you.

Email Marketing Analytics Glitch

I am not able to see the email marketing live activity or anything. I can't see how many people open my emails, I can't see when they are opening it, and my deliverability score went from 72% to 14% in a matter of two emails being sent out? Something is wrong. Please look into this and fix it ASAP.

Okay, so the not-so-great news first: Outlook can be notoriously unpredictable when it comes to email filtering. In your case, it sounds like some recipients may have stricter default settings enabled — particularly related to Microsoft's "Safe Link" filtering. These settings are often applied without the user even realizing, and unfortunately, there’s very little we (or even you) can do to control how Outlook chooses to handle or flag incoming emails. To be honest, Outlook tends to operate a bit differently — and more restrictively — than most of the email ecosystem.
The good news? Outlook users make up a very small portion of most audiences — typically around 3% or less — and that number is decreasing over time. Even among those users, their spam filters and link safety settings vary widely and can change day to day. So what gets flagged for one person today may not get flagged tomorrow, or at all, for someone else.
About the tracking and analytics — our platform uses tracking links to gather data on opens, clicks, deliverability issues, and more. These are industry-standard tools that help improve performance for the
majority
of inboxes (like Gmail, Yahoo, etc.), but unfortunately Outlook is different with tracking links, and may suppress or flag them, which in turn affects what data gets reported back to your dashboard. We are currently working on some updates to improve our analytics system overall, so you may notice minor inconsistencies during this time. In the meantime, we suggest checking whether your emails are just getting delivered successfully to your list (even if the open or click data isn’t showing just yet).
