Your tech support reset my account and now I cannot Log back in. This is a MAJOR issue and I have not been able to work for an entire day now!

Please resolve the issue with connecting our instagram to beacons , we have our creator instagram profile connected to a Facebook business page and yet because we previously already had our old FB page that had been hacked connected to it it keeps saying that it’s the wrong combination of IG account and Facebook page. This is because we can’t find a way to disconnect our instagram from our commerce manager that was part of our old Facebook business manager that got hacked. Please find a way to connect beacons to instagram independently. We want to upgrade to beacons Pro but need the instagram to be verified on our media kit.

Hi team, I have managed to set up the Welcome email automated workflow after 2hrs of the page loading. For some reason, today I can only see that 2 emails had been sent out whilst I got an additional 8 subscribers to the list since the activation. Could you please help double-check what may be causing the issue? This is frustrating, i'm not sure if i can trust the system now as it feels very buggy. I just paid $100 for the annual membership and it's not the service i expected.

I can't create a welcome email, after pressing "Use template" the sign keeps loading forever. Tried on different browsers nothing worked!!

When I've tried to add a link since Friday and click add it shows that it is loading and doesn't add - just keeps 'loading'

I always get a complain from my customers that the link to my store doesn't work. They can't click or open it. Hopefully this will get resolve soon, otherwise I'll have to switch to other online store website because I'm losing my sales. Thanks
