My link in bio insights are connected to an old tiktok profile

When I've tried to add a link since Friday and click add it shows that it is loading and doesn't add - just keeps 'loading'

I always get a complain from my customers that the link to my store doesn't work. They can't click or open it. Hopefully this will get resolve soon, otherwise I'll have to switch to other online store website because I'm losing my sales. Thanks

my product description and call to action information under my products often disappear. I always have to put them back.

I have updated the way my storefront appears on my LIB many times... because my copy keeps disappearing. I need to be able to trust that once I type words /customize anything anywhere on my page, that it will stay there until I change it.

It looks like the button sizes are reduced in size and the labels are displaying with a blue line underneath. It looks perfect in the preview screen within the app. Using iPhone 13 Pro

I have been trying to create my account and keep getting the error "User setup failure."

Custom domains that have been linked to beacons were removed from my account and my clients beacons account.

The collapsed link box is appearing much larger than it use to appear to be. It is taking up too much space without proving value and causing other items to be pushed further down the screen. This seems to have gone into effect on 1/3/2024

The Image feature on link-in-bio, for when you upload images and want them to be carousel they are broken and only show the first image.
