When I've tried to add a link since Friday and click add it shows that it is loading and doesn't add - just keeps 'loading'

Can you please specify the type of link you were trying to add?
Have you experienced this issue on multiple devices or just one?
Did you notice this issue occurring at specific times or was it consistent throughout the day?
