In my media kit, two TikTok accounts appear, but the "Historiografia Gamer" account is duplicated, and I did not add it to my profile. Additionally, my Twitter account is deactivated, yet it still appears in my media kit. Could you please check and correct these issues?

Hello! I have noticed that my story views in my media kit https://beacons.ai/life.of.kauzi/mediakit are wrong. It shows an average 1,9k story views a day, but I have checked my last stories and all of them scored well above 3000 views, usually between 3,5k-5,5k. Can you please tell me more on this? It really downgrades my media kit. Greetings!

I can't link my twitch I have tried many times and it doesn't respond

The analytics page on the media kit does not seem to be matching the analytics on the Twitter page itself. I've been waiting to see what the media kit shows for engagement rate for about a month now, and it just keeps showing the blank dashes even though my actual Twitter analytics says it's between 4 and 6%.
