I have seen that there are 02 ways of integration:

The simplest is through WhatsApp business, simply reading the QR code, as if you were linking another device.

And the other, which is more advanced, is through the WhatsApp API, which allows you to send mass messages.

I think it is something that you should evaluate, since the Latin American market is also very large and needs a solution tailored to its needs.

This is already being done by nas.io, along with the “Communities” theme,

but the advantage that you have is that you have more tools and above all that your interface is much more friendly, especially for customers, for example when making reservations.
