This is super outdated. The form is from 2018 and it has not been updated. I deleted my W9 and created a new one, and you guys are still using the 2018 form.

If you look at the top left corner, it says 2018. Brands need it to be up to date with 2024 and etc.

Could you please specify what specific updates you would like to see in the W9 form?
Are there any particular sections in the current W9 form that you believe need immediate attention?
Could you provide us with an example of a more updated W9 form for our reference?
