Hey, thanks for reaching out. Here’s what I’m looking for regarding SMS integration in Beacons.
I want to send lead follow-ups with an automatic message when someone opts in, such as, "Hey [Name], got your info. Let’s chat—when’s a good time?" Appointment reminders should include confirmations and follow-ups for calls, consultations, or property showings. I also need to send exclusive offers for first-time homebuyer programs, or real estate opportunities. Market updates should include interest rate changes, new listings, or limited-time homebuyer assistance programs. Follow-ups for unresponsive leads should be sent after a few days to keep them engaged.
New leads should receive an immediate follow-up, plus a couple of follow-ups over a few days if there’s no response. Active clients should receive updates and reminders as needed. Past clients and nurture leads should get valuable information once or twice a month.
I’m open to options, but Twilio is my preferred choice because of its strong integration capabilities and automation features. If Beacons has another seamless, cost-effective option, I’m open to exploring it.
