Smart Reply to story

Hey there team, I am really enjoying using beacons and it won't be long before I upgrade. I'm amazed at how much value its provided even on the free tier. I have an issue with Smart reply. My message is sending, but the image is not showing up. I tried with my other account as well as a friends account. See image. Not sure how to fix. Please advise

Hi Jacob,
1.the image is a PDF (the cover of the ebook that I’m providing the link for through Instagram smart reply). Specifically story reply.
- I’ve only attempted smart reply with this ebook product. I’ve made it free to download as my lead magnet.
- I’ve uploaded the pdf on my laptop (Mac OS). The smart reply feature is through Instagram and most users are on mobile. I’m only aware of the mobile results, which is as provided in my initial email. I wish I could send a screenshot but I don’t seem to be able to do that here.
The smart reply trigger is the word “peace”.

- What type of image are you trying to send with the Smart Reply feature?
- Have you noticed if this issue occurs with specific types of content or all content?
- Can you provide more details about the device and browser you are using when you encounter this issue?

hmm... the jpg didn't work and the png didnt work. I think you have an image issue!

Im not able to upload an iphone screenshot image. let me try to convert it to jpeg and see if i can upload
