I would like to add to Facebook for Smart Reply and automation to reach both Instagram and Facebook

- What specific information would you like to collect along with the email?
- How would you like to manage and store the collected emails?
- What criteria should be used to trigger the exclusive discount code?

Jacob Choi-Durham I would love if smart reply could automatically respond to DMs that contain a specific keyword that triggers the automation.
Smart reply could allow us to respond with text (such as a discount code) & other features (such as email capture) rather than just sending a link to a product.
Maybe smart reply can have a data input box to enter an email address, name, etc — and then the information would be stored as our beacons email marketing members.

Jacob Choi-Durham there is something I’ve noticed and it’s frustrating. We are taking our time asking you em questions to make beacons better and your response doesn’t offer any solutions it just asks the person more questions. Why do you do that ? I’ve looked at 2 from this weeks new feedback and both you ask questions and then there are no replies. I never got a reply from last year. I sense it’s time to start offering solutions or ai doesn’t generate your customers replies that offer no solution. Will I receive a response to this even?
