Remove a customer from the Beacons online course program.

Good morning,
I am writing to you because I have encountered a problem.
A client who paid for my support in several installments (in 3 installments) decided to withdraw from the program. Finally, I am not going to charge him for the last month. However, as she did not pay in full, I would like to remove her from the Beacons course program, but I don't know how to do it.
So can you add the functionality so that we can remove a customer from the course program, so that they no longer have access to it?
Sincerely,
Autopilot

Revoke course access after refund

Hi Beacons team!
I'd like to request a feature: the ability to manually revoke a client's access to a course, especially in the following cases:
- After issuing a refund. I recently had a situation where a customer found a course link I was still setting up, purchased it at a placeholder price of $5 (the actual course will be priced much higher), and now has access even after I refunded them. I have no way to remove their access. I can provide proof of the refund if needed.
- In case of a chargeback or disputed payment. If a customer disputes a charge, I lose the money AND they keep access to the course, which creates a serious vulnerability for fraud.
Having the ability to revoke access manually would protect creators from both situations. This feels like essential functionality for any course platform.
Thank you!

Hi Finance Nouveau Départ — thanks for reaching out and explaining the situation. Really appreciate the feedback here; I can see why being able to remove a customer from a course program (so they no longer have access) would be important in cases like this. I’m going to pass this along to our team to look into, and we’ll follow up as soon as we have an update.
