Receipt Customization - Need Help Section - Add custom support email

Hi! On the receipt for my course sales, it currently says Need Help? and lists the IG handle as the best way to reach out for assistance. It would be extremely helpful if we could enter a support email here as it is going to be very difficult to offer customer service assistance via IG due to the amount of DMs we receive.

I've noticed that when a customer posts a question, the confirmation message they receive is quite generic and not editable.
It would be great to be able to add my own custom message and to have a custom auto-reply sent to the enquirer.
Another point is that I cannot reply to these inquiries directly from the system;There is a need to use email to respond. It would be very helpful to have this integrated within the platform.

Jacob Choi-Durham Well, what I thought of is to have the option to write the message in the same place you activate the Ask Question function. It should have Rich text and links ability . I would love to use it as automated out of office message . Or certain SLA stating that your question will be answered within 48h .. I'm sure that there are many ways that this can be used. As far as integration . At the moment I receive an email and to reply I copy the message and reply from my email client , it would be good in to have the ability to reply directly from the Inquiries page , that will also help preserving communication history . Is it possible to have the store name instead of the username?
The option of editing the email (product) and creating an automation was PERFECT. is there a reason why you removed it? Could you put it back please?

store@info.beacons.ai is the email that delivers digital products. If customers had a question or concern or comment about the digital products, they'd have to start a whole new email when it would be simpler and more efficient to give them the ability to reply to the email that includes the products, and for the email to go to the sellers. The Reply to: email address should be the sellers.
Right now, when a customer tries to reply to the store email, it says "Address not found
Your message wasn't delivered to store@info.beacons.ai because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail."

- I don't know the frequency of customers trying to reply... I just tried it myself and saw that it wasn't possible to reply to the store email.
- This feature should work like any other "Reply to" feature. When a person clicks to on the Reply button, that email should be forwarded to the account owner's/creator's email.
- As far as my customer goes, that's all I have for now.
As far as me, as Beacon's customer, I'd like there to be an UNDO/REDO button in the email creation space.
