Add product variations

I would like to add variations of my product or service. For example, if I want to offer promotional services of other creators or business owners with my audience, I’d like to offer that with choices under one product listing and not have to have 2+ product listings for the same product.
Example:
Promote brand on my store
Option 1: for 24 hours $15
Option 2: for 72 hours $35
Option 3: for 1 week $90
Having it like this would allow me to offer services and digital products that my audience would essentially love. I don’t want to create 2+ of the same product that could get confusing for my audience when shopping. Want it to be less product listings and more options like this inside one listing.

I want beacon to add the tab for customers to select how much quantity they want and also have other variations too on the product page like the image below.
