Please ,I am seeing my name on my product page . I'm actually writing or creating under a pen name or brand name and wouldn't like my name is Adelaide Huago to be part of my business .
Please , is there anything you can suggest for me to do so my name stays anonymous ?

- Have you tried any existing settings or options to hide your personal name?
- Is there a specific place on the product page where your name appears that you want to change?

Sincerely ,I am not too tech savvy person ,just starting to use AI and other stuff for internet business .
So since I used PageQuestCo or PageQuest for my store names and username ,I was confident ent that my name wouldn't show up anywhere .
I used the card format but I don't have any idea of how to hide my real name from my store front .

Could you please email us at support@beacons.ai with a screenshot of where you're seeing your personal name on your Product page?
Our team could not recreate this at this moment in time and we can confirm that we do not show personal information when buyers purchase something from a seller!
It has been reported to us however that the Stripe Receipts that get sent out sometimes show phone numbers and addresses something at the bottom of their email in purple. If this is the case and what you're running into, we recommend reaching out to Stripe as they would be able to better assist you with hiding this on their platform
