I have potential clients trying to make reservations using payment accounts from Mexico, but they continuously receive an error message. The platform still displays available payment options, including card payments, yet the transactions continue to fail.
What is the actual answer here? Which payment methods and countries are truly supported? If Mexico is not supported, this should be clearly communicated. If it is supported, then why are the payments failing?
