My media kit is showing only 67 % brand deal ready and my brand deal completion is 95% it's been like this for 3 weeks I've been trying to reach out to have it resolved but I don't get any assistance. Please email or contact me please to get this issue fixed.

I don't unfortunately understand what you are asking exactly. This is all new to me. I see this information isn't showing on my site they are blank. As I said before I would think if it was completed it would be at 100% no 67% or 95%

Hey stephsbestlifeonline — sorry you’ve been dealing with this for so long. To help us pinpoint why “Brand deal ready” is stuck at 67%, can you share: which exact section(s) in your Media Kit are still showing as incomplete or blocking it from hitting 100%? Also, what are you expecting it to display right now (should it match the 95% completion, or should it be 100%)? And over the last 3 weeks, did you make any updates to your profile/media kit fields, and did that “Brand deal ready” number change at all during that time?
