I have tried setting up automations in ManyChat a few times, and it is cumbersome and confusing. So I can’t speak to their features specifically. I do know it’s pretty much the only app of its kind, right?
At a minimum, I would like an automation that leads my prospect to a specific link. I want to promote but not say “click on my link in bio.”
