Improving the Upgrade Functionality

I wanted to upgrade my subscription with Beacons but was told I would be required to downgrade and the re-subscribe to the subscription setting of my choice. Generally, on other platforms you just hit upgrade, there is no need to downgrade and re-subscribe. Because of this I will not be upgrading. Makes me nervous that things in my back end will be lost etc....

- Have you experienced any issues with data loss or functionality changes when downgrading or re-subscribing on other platforms?
- What would be your ideal process for upgrading your subscription on our platform?

Jacob Choi-Durham simply I should be able to pick the subscription I want and then I should be able to select "upgrade"; any financial adjustments should be automatically made. I shouldn't have to downgrade and then resubscribe. I have NEVER had do that on any other platform. Why should I have to unsubscribe to re-subscribe -seems counterintuitive.
