Ideal -Wero payment option

For Dutch customers, please make the payment option via Ideal/wero available. They mostly do not have a creditcard, or paypal. I see this as an available option in the Stripe Dasboard. So the integration would not take much effort.

Ben Van Essen makes me hopeless. Contacted Stripe, added both Ideal and bancontact to my profile. According to Stripe, it's beacons that it's not visible. And beacons point to Stripe again. That way, I won't get one step further and miss out on income.

stelladigidesign Stripe does support it, but the implementation works differently than credit cards. Because there are too few customers who want this, it is unfortunately not interesting for American companies to invest resources here. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find a good Dutch solution in 5 years. Plug & Play is an alternative but requires a lot of links and hassle.

Thanks for flagging this, stelladigidesign — super helpful feedback. We’ll take a look at adding iDEAL/Wero for Dutch customers (since many don’t use credit cards or PayPal) and review what’s available via Stripe on our side. We’ll follow up once we have an update.
