Enhanced ability for another user (such as a virtual assistant) to manage your Beacons account

I’d love to see Beacons expand their manager access to better support virtual assistants. As Beacons has become a powerful tool for creators to fully build eCommerce stores, manage social media engagement, and streamline content, it would be incredibly valuable to have a dedicated "Virtual Assistant" access level.
This access level would allow VAs to handle specific operational tasks, such as content scheduling, managing smart replies, lead generation, and customer support without compromising sensitive account settings. A dedicated VA access could include permissions to manage:
Content updates and scheduling
Engagement tools like smart replies and lead magnets
Email sequences and course setup
Analytics access for reporting
This feature would help creators and businesses who rely on remote support, creating a seamless experience for delegating tasks to VAs while keeping account security in place. Analytics Tracking
: I’d like VAs to have access to analytics for the website or link-in-bio, so they can monitor performance and provide insights without needing full account control.•
Smart Replies, Automations, and Email Management
: It would be fantastic if they could set up smart replies, manage email sequences, and handle broadcast emails, which are essential for customer engagement and follow-ups.•
Content Upload and Product Management
: Since Beacons supports course creation and product listings, it would be helpful if VAs could upload course content, link YouTube videos, and manage product additions without accessing personal data or financial details.2.
Restrictions and Security
:• I’d like Virtual Assistants to have limited access that excludes personal information such as passwords, usernames, banking info, or payment details. Definitely not allowing them access to anything that can change our accounts.
• IAn access level similar to the “Manager” setup, (which is super cool) but tailored for VAs, would be ideal. This would allow them to manage essential tasks while ensuring security!
