Enable Post-Purchase Trigger Support for Zapier (Product-Specific Webhooks)

Hi Beacons Team,
As a creator using Beacons for both Smart Replies and checkout, I’d love to request a powerful enhancement to support deeper automation:
🚀 Feature Requested:
Post-purchase trigger support via Zapier/webhook integration — allowing us to trigger automations after a specific product is purchased (not just after someone opts into an Email & SMS block).
🎯 Why It Matters:
Currently, the Zapier webhook integration is limited to form-based opt-ins (Email & SMS block), which means:
All purchases are treated as the same “campaign” in Zapier
We can’t segment buyers based on what they bought
We can’t trigger delivery-specific automations (like follow-ups, upsells, tagging, or access delivery via MailerLite, ConvertKit, etc.)
✅ Proposed Implementation:
Add a Product Name / Product ID field as a parameter in the webhook data
Enable webhook firing on successful checkout
Allow creators to filter automation logic by product in Zapier
💡 Use Cases:
Deliver product-specific email sequences
Add tags or segments in email platforms
Trigger bonus or upsell automations
Segment buyers from freebie leads
Thanks so much for considering this! Beacons is already an amazing all-in-one creator platform, and this update would make it even more powerful for those of us running digital product funnels with automation.

I currently have a Zapier integration that imports the contact of anyone who subscribes to my Email list via my link in bio.
However, this does NOT import the subscribers who have joined my email list because they downloaded one of my digital products, which are the majority of my subscribers, so I still need to export my email list manually and import it into my newsletter tool.
This is a tedious recurring process that has me considering shifting all my digital downloads off Beacons

Jacob Choi-Durham Hi Jacob! The specific CRM is Systeme.io and I'd like the data to be sync'd immediately upon purchase. The data I'm looking for is just that Customer X made a purchase of Product XYZ at certain date. I'm looking to integrate for ease in emailing them their access information for the product, and move their email and tag to my CRM to email again in the future. Thanks!

For sure! I personally use Aweber for my email automations
The specific transferred info would be the customers name and email (whatever information they submit when purchasing)
Lastly, I would like the external software to add the customers information to my email subscriber list to send automated emails and broadcast messages
