Digital Products Folders/Archive
anjhustles
Hi, I'd really love to have the option to archive my digital products and even organize them in different folders. I have deleted offers, services, etc.. in the past before and now my analytics just show 'deleted product' and that's not really ideal for someone who wants to continue to scale and grow as a creator and business owner.
I'd love to be able to organize my offers into folders but still see a 'all products' folder as well this way I can audit myself better in every season that I'm in as a creator and business owner.
Could this work?

Ability to archive products

I would like to request for the feature to archive a product instead of deleting it. This allows us to reactivate the product if we want to in the future.

Option to remove a sale from the history

It would be really practical to be able to remove certain sales from the history, especially in the event of an error or test. Hope the feature will be considered 🙂 Thanks for your work!

Removal of untitled/deleted products from Analytics
Natalie Lambert
I have untitled products in my analytics with 0 views I would love to be able to remove so you could have more flexibility on the products within analytics
Natalie Lambert
Hi Jacob, yes the draft ones, they show up in analytics even though they are deleted from my store

Hello Natalie Lambert! Quick clarifying questions so we can understand what you’re seeing in Analytics: are those “untitled products” ones you created before (like drafts/test products) that are still showing up, or do they look unfamiliar? And when you say you’d like to remove them, do you mean hide them just from Analytics, or delete them from your account entirely? Lastly, is the main goal to clean up the Analytics view, or to make sure Analytics only reflects currently active products for reporting?

Hello anjhustles! I have a few more questions for you:
- How would you like the archived products to be displayed in your analytics?
- What criteria would you use to organize your products into different folders?
- Would you like the ability to restore deleted products, and if so, how would you envision this feature working?

Hi Jacob, happy to clarify and please let me know if you have any other questions.
- How archived products should appear in analytics
If a product is archived or deleted, I’d want the original product name to remain visible in analytics, not replaced with “deleted product.”
For example:
• Product Name (Archived)
• Product Name (Deleted)
Seeing “deleted product: $500.12” removes important context. Keeping the name preserves data accuracy and makes long term analysis much easier.
- How I’d organize products into folders
I’d like the ability to create custom folders and physically move products into them, not just filter them. Examples:
• Freebies
• Active Products
• Bundles
• Seasonal or Q1 Offers
• Retired or Paused Offers
This helps with quickly grabbing links, managing bundles, and keeping the backend clean as offers grow.
- Restoring deleted products
Ideally, deleted products would move into an archived or recently deleted area instead of becoming anonymous in analytics.
Being able to restore a product while keeping its original name and historical analytics intact would be very helpful, especially for creators who test and rotate offers.
Hope this helps clarify things. Thanks again for looking into this.

Archive & Edit Store Products

It would be nice if we could archive products we no longer offer. That way they are still there, but not in the way. Also if we could reorganize our products to put most used at the top, or put sneak peeks with their product.

Hiya Rachel Ptolemy, thanks for this post! I have a few more questions for you:
- How frequently do you need to archive products, and is there a specific reason for archiving them?
- Would you like the ability to categorize products when reorganizing them, and if so, what categories would be most useful?
- Are there any specific criteria or rules you would like to use for automatically organizing products, such as sales volume or date added?

- whenever an affiliate link gets changed, i have to create a new product. so i end up with the same product multiple times. some products i don't sell anymore, but still want the analytics to show up.
- categories doesn't matter. but maybe by platform they are for, or type of product (guide, course, dfy)
- sales volume, date added, most visited, alphabetical, by price.

Yes please. Not just to reactivate but it's actually frustrating that theres a lot of products on my product suite because If I delete it, i lose access to seeing what my customers previously purchased, it'll just say 'deleted product'.
It also is super annoying having all the clutter with no search bar to look up my product names easily. It's like I almost have to keep a spreadsheet of all my products with links in it to make it easier for me to copy and paste it rather than coming to the app or site all the time to grab it.

Archive Feature

Please add an Archive feature for products and pictures I’m no longer needing. These sections get too cluttered and having to scroll to find what I need is time consuming.
