Digital Products Folders/Archive
anjhustles
Hi, I'd really love to have the option to archive my digital products and even organize them in different folders. I have deleted offers, services, etc.. in the past before and now my analytics just show 'deleted product' and that's not really ideal for someone who wants to continue to scale and grow as a creator and business owner.
I'd love to be able to organize my offers into folders but still see a 'all products' folder as well this way I can audit myself better in every season that I'm in as a creator and business owner.
Could this work?

Hello anjhustles! I have a few more questions for you:
- How would you like the archived products to be displayed in your analytics?
- What criteria would you use to organize your products into different folders?
- Would you like the ability to restore deleted products, and if so, how would you envision this feature working?

Hi Jacob, happy to clarify and please let me know if you have any other questions.
- How archived products should appear in analytics
If a product is archived or deleted, I’d want the original product name to remain visible in analytics, not replaced with “deleted product.”
For example:
• Product Name (Archived)
• Product Name (Deleted)
Seeing “deleted product: $500.12” removes important context. Keeping the name preserves data accuracy and makes long term analysis much easier.
- How I’d organize products into folders
I’d like the ability to create custom folders and physically move products into them, not just filter them. Examples:
• Freebies
• Active Products
• Bundles
• Seasonal or Q1 Offers
• Retired or Paused Offers
This helps with quickly grabbing links, managing bundles, and keeping the backend clean as offers grow.
- Restoring deleted products
Ideally, deleted products would move into an archived or recently deleted area instead of becoming anonymous in analytics.
Being able to restore a product while keeping its original name and historical analytics intact would be very helpful, especially for creators who test and rotate offers.
Hope this helps clarify things. Thanks again for looking into this.
