Digital product title & description disappear

Hey digitaljourneyjenn — thanks for flagging this. Just to make sure we’re understanding what’s happening: when the title/description disappear, do they only show up blank back on the main Link in Bio menu, or are they actually gone if you reopen the product (or refresh the page)? Also, does this happen every time you edit a digital product (any field), or only after certain edits? And is it affecting one specific product or all of the digital products in your menu?

Jacob Choi-Durham it is affecting any of the digital products and yes, it happens every time you edit a digital product from the link in bio menu. they fully disappear and don't repopulate anywhere. if I want to edit anything beyond that, even if I didn't edit the product's description or button text, it will disappear once I click into the product to edit it.
