Hello ashleymarieofficial! I have a few more questions for you:
- Can you provide more details about the specific difficulties you're experiencing when trying to add and position photos?
- Could you clarify what you mean by 'not getting the same options like in the link in bio'?
- Are there specific features or functionalities from other website builders that you would like to see implemented in our platform?

Hey Hadhee Jah, thanks for your feedback! I have a few more questions for you:
- Could you provide more details on the specific events or milestones you would like the countdown timer to represent?
- Would you like the countdown timer to be customizable in terms of design and format?
- Do you have any specific requirements for the countdown timer's functionality in emails? For example, should it continue counting down when the email is opened, or should it show the time remaining at the moment the email was sent?
Hadhee Jah
Jacob Choi-Durham thanks for responding! I’d like to have a limited time offer so the timer would be counting down to when the cart closes.
So it should be to a specific date when I choose to close the cart so customers who go to my website can see that there is x amount of time left to take the offer. And in emails the same, the timer will tell those who open it how long they have left to jump in before the cart closes.
It would be good to have something that’s customizable in terms of design, but something that tells the days: hours : minutes until I close the cart would do just fine

Hiya excellius, thanks for this post! I have a few more questions for you:
- For the countdown feature, what should happen when the countdown ends? Should the product be automatically marked as unavailable?
- For the policy section, do you have any specific policies in mind that you want to be highlighted more than others?
- For the product availability counter, should this feature be visible on all product pages or only for certain products?

- There should be an option to automatically mark the product as unavailable when the countdown is over, but users can also turn it off, allowing the product to remain available after the countdown ends.
- Highlight the most important policies, such as purchasing products or enrolling in courses, return policy, terms of service, and terms of use.
- It should be an option for the user to set the availability counter separately for each product.
