Conditional / Multi-Step Form for Email Leads
o
onlinebusinessamplified
I’d like to request a multi-step, conditional form feature, similar to Typeform, within Beacons.
Instead of static questionnaires, this would allow:
One question shown at a time
Conditional logic (answers determine the next question)
A more conversational, guided experience
The goal is to better qualify leads before sending them to Calendly, Zoom, or another call-to-action. This would improve user experience, completion rates, and lead quality for coaches, consultants, and creators.
I believe this would be a strong addition to Beacons’ website and lead-capture tools.

Emails Quiz

Do you know how much emails I gather in a day with a quiz and then a email sent with the outcome of the quiz. The problem is I have to do it with system io because you don't offer that option I hate having to use to may platforms for one goal I would prefer doing all my email gathering on Beacons as I love how neat the platform is and easy to navigate

Product Add In

Hey Beacon. I am a loyal user of this system
I would love for you to pass this down to your product team. I would love on the "Add block" section if there was a application form, lead magnet section and webinar section similar to stanstore
thank you so much!

Embedded Form: Collecting Expressed Interest / Waitlist
J
Jennifer Lauren
While managing my client's site, we encountered the following:
She wants to collect interest (for an in-person retreat) and does NOT want it to be marketed as "FREE" or for $0.
She wants a form that collects email, phone, name and location, but does NOT want to charge anyone money or give anyone the false impression that the opportunity is Free when details finally are released about details for the travel and accommodations.
At present, there is a way to build forms (under the Audience tab), and a way to collect an embed code, but no way to actually embed the form into the website, and thusly, collect information using the form.
There is also no way to collect information specific to the retreat for a subgroup aside from having them purchase a digital product.
This is not ideal with the fact that the product isn't [free,] but isn't actually a product. It's an expression of interest. Which is why she wishes to either... Embed a form, and collect expressed interest data, OR, offer the "digital product" and remove any notion of price/"it's free" badge from the product page.

Feature request - Beacons forms

Can the option to add more questions to Beacons forms be available? Kind of like google forms where the responder can answer multiple questions, choose from multiple choices and click checkboxes?
Jacob Choi-Durham
Hiya Khaulat Abdulhakeem, thanks for this post! I have a few more questions for you:
- What types of questions would you like to add to the Beacons forms (e.g., text, multiple choice, checkboxes)?
- How many questions do you typically need to include in a form?
- Are there specific use cases or scenarios where having more question options would be particularly beneficial?

Jacob Choi-Durham it’ll be helpful if I can collect for information about my clients. For example, I want to create an application page and for this, I’ll need to add more than one custom question. So if there can be an unlimited number(or at least 10) of custom questions, that would be very helpful - including text and multiple choice where they can select one option

Hey businessleaderallison, thanks for your feedback! I have a few more questions for you:
- What specific features or functionalities would you like to see in the application form, lead magnet section, and webinar section?
- How do you envision these new sections integrating with your current workflow on Beacons?
- Are there any specific examples or inspirations from stanstore that you think would be beneficial for us to consider?
businessleaderallison
Jacob Choi-Durham 1. Application Form Section:
I’d love a block that allows us to create and embed customizable application forms directly inside Beacons (similar to how Stanstore lets you host application links and short forms).
→ Ideal functions:
Conditional logic (so certain questions appear based on previous answers)
Ability to add a payment link or redirect after submission
Integration with email or CRM so applicants are tagged automatically
- Webinar Section:
This could work similarly to “live experience” or event links.
→ Ideal setup:
Countdown timer, registration form, and calendar add-to-event option
Replay toggle once the webinar is over
Option to link directly to an upsell (for example, a course or consulting session)
Integration Vision:
I’d love these blocks to operate like a “mini funnel builder” within Beacons, allowing creators to house their entire marketing sequence from opt-in to application to conversion in one place without needing third-party tools.
Inspiration from Stanstore:
Stanstore does this really well by letting creators add “Application,” “Freebie,” or “Webinar” buttons that expand into simple but high-converting forms with built-in automation. If Beacons offered that, it would honestly make it the strongest all-in-one creator system.

This is a simple add on that I think has many uses.
I am thinking or doing ABC - what is the interest - please let me have your comments - even if no no no.

creator_ten not sure I understand what you mean?
Jacob Choi-Durham
Great to hear your perspective, Jennifer Lauren ! I have a few more questions for you:
- What specific information does the client want to collect in addition to email, phone, name, and location?
- Is there a preferred method for how the client would like to receive the collected data (e.g., email notifications, dashboard view)?
- Are there any specific privacy or data protection requirements that need to be considered when collecting this information?

Jacob Choi-Durham thank you for the swift reply! I am speaking in my initial response to the concerns of just one client, but I actually have 6 who could apply this function for different use cases. I will respond here in kind.
Ideally, the form feature should be customized to intake all sorts of data, including the ability to make multiple forms for various use cases per client.
Fillable data, such as name, email, phone, location, dates / date ranges, as well as fields for feedback, custom questions, file / image uploads, multiple choices, radio selection, etc.
Having options for receiving the collected data would actually serve my multiple clients each differently, via email notification, automated emails responses, and a dashboard view of the aggregate data that also sorts users into groups (or tags them) based on the form they've filled out. There should also be an option for these users to opt into the mailing list.
I imagine the same protections should be considered as those that are applied when a party signs on for the mailing list... But a standard privacy agreement with terms and conditions should also be drafted as an acknowledgement for what users can expect by submitting the form.
