Client Side Rescheduling of Appointments

Hiya Melody, thanks for this post! I have a few more questions for you:
- What types of appointments are clients scheduling on your site?
- How would you like clients to be notified about the rescheduling option?
- Are there any specific conditions or limitations you want to set for rescheduling appointments?

Jacob Choi-Durham they are scheduling 1:1 phone calls/ text sessions. I'd like them to be able to receive some kind of link to allow rescheduling options so that "I" do not have to do that type of administrative work...the client can do it themselves. Also it would be nice if there were thresholds like for example, they (the client) can only reschedule up to 1 hour or 2 hours prior to appt. if he/she knows they will not be able to keep the appt. (due to something coming up last minute, etc). This is to ensure less of a chance of wasting time on end of the provider (me). I hope this answers your question. Lastly... of course not every user would need this option, but it would be nice to have a toggle switch to be able to turn this on for those that offer services that can be rescheduled. *Is there not a way to add buffer space in between scheduled appointments? I do not want to man my schedule so much. Is there a way to add grace minutes between appointments or have it to be set to do automatically? This is to ensure there is grace time between one call and the next.
