Better Contact Form
Jacob Choi-Durham
Hi lexkole — appreciate you calling this out. Totally hear the frustration. To make sure we’re improving the right thing, can you share what specifically feels “awful” about the contact form (hard to find, too many fields, confusing, not sending, no confirmation, etc.)? Also, when are you using it and what are you trying to accomplish (reach support vs. collect leads/inquiries from your audience)? Lastly, if you could pick the top 1–2 changes that would make it a solid “better” contact form for you, what would those be?

Jacob Choi-Durham Making it a real contact form instead of a subscription based form. Have more fields like multi-select, drop down select, the basic form fields.
