Better Calendar Linking or Customization

I want better settings for the Bookings. I want more customization features! I would love to be able to link a customized google appt schedule calendar to my services. Or allow better setting control on the calendar on Beacons. Each of my services are different lengths and requirements and the customization feature on Beacons is very broad. I require to be able to customize my schedule weekly as some weeks I work evening and some I don't. If I could attach a specific appointment booking schedule calendar from google to my services that would make my life so much easier.
My current calendar is linked, but I have specific booking links on my google calendars for specific services which offer the appropriate booking lengths, breaks in between etc..... I require this and want better from Beacons.

- Set bulk availability for a span of days, like weekdays or weekends, or custom sets of days.

Having a full Calendly integration would be phenomenal or the following features:
* Being able to customize email flows after scheduling and post appointment completion. Right now i can't tell if clients get appt reminders, when, or cancellation emails.
- I want to be able set post appointment email flows too. All these I want to customize to match the other email designs within a single flow.
* More robust calendar availability and options
- Right now the calendar displays all days to schedule even when all sessions are taken. This makes it look like there is way more availability then there actually is
- Setting buffer time between appts
- Maximum # of appt types per day
* Being able to customize the questions asked at scheduling. I can only create 1 custom question but I need to ask many more.
* Set specific call duration, not the limited drop downs.

What specific email flow customizations are you looking for after scheduling and post-appointment?
- All of the same customizations as every other email you have including timing down to minutes.
- Customize the contents of the appointment confirmation email, appointment reminders, and flows afterwards that could be used as upsell opportunities and checkins
Can you provide examples of the types of questions you need to ask during scheduling?
- Similar customization to google forms, like an intake form (I've seen this requested elsewhere on here). As many custom questions as I want, option for multiple choice, longer paragraphs, short responses where I enter a full question and responses can be longer. This detail goes in the body of the calendar invite.
What specific calendar availability options would you like to see improved?
- Buffer times
- Max # of appointments per day
- Not a drop down duration, I can set it 21 minutes if i wanted for example
- When all appointments on a given day are taken, gray that day out. It shouldn't even be a option to click like it currently is

Jacob Choi-Durham 1. I want complete customization abilities as mentioned above. My schedule varies EVERY week from day to day, no day of the week is ever the same from week to week. I also do not like that I can not list a service without having availability on the calendar. Because sometimes I offer services as flash sales so I only have certain slots for those until the next flash sale. I do not like the lack of customization Beacons currently offers. I do not work the same days each week and some days I work evenings and others I don't. I require complete customization daily. Currently I have a separate google Calendar booking page for each service I offer as my services range from 15 minutes to 90 minutes linked to each service connected to my overall calendar. Thant way I can set up each appointment booking page as I require. Currently on Beacons my service can not list no availability unless I make it that way in my google calendar and that annoys me. I want to be able to directly link a customized google appointment schedule I already have made for a service to that specific service on Beacons so I do not have to REDO everything on Beaccons if it's even possible - sometimes it's not.

Option for close shop days( from Sunday to Friday)

I would love to have feature where it has options for days off for example you could choose days where you are entirely off website ( like freeze the web day) when that day come then the shop is closed completely and automatically at the time you chose I don’t know if it’s possible but it will be cool.
For Users:

I would like to see the ability to set times each day but individually. I have a sporadic availability so I can't set availabilty so it's the same every week. I require the ability to set each day individually in every week.

1.when the shop is closed it should say”Thanks for visiting our website, we are closed today “. “ we are open from Sunday to Friday “
2.it should be customizable because some people would like to work 24/7, for example that feature should have like time and day plus year, I get to choose the day my shop is closed and what day of the week is open and from what time
3.off days should just be for planning for the week ( for business and how to improve/reflection)
Is that possible?

Jacob Choi-Durham I require the ability to set it daily but also having the ability to do weekly is great too! I just literally have some days where I only have one hour of availability and it's NEVER the same hour on the same day of the week and every month is VERY different.
It is nice to have the ability to set recurring patterns, however, I would also require to ability to do it manually daily.
I haven't dove too deep into the calender since it currently will not work for me as is (disappointing) so I am not sure if this feature exists or not, but, for each service I list I require being able to set my availability differently. But I will also need to see the bookings of other services or know that time slot will be removed if another service is booked in that availability.

I don’t want to have to set each days availability one at a time. If I could just do: set all weekdays at once, set weekends at once, set all the week at once.
I personally don’t need the first Friday of each month feature but maybe others do.
It might be nice to be able to set availability for multiple appointments at the same time too.
