Also, do you remember where you used to access your media kits in Beacons, and are they completely missing now or just difficult to locate after the recent changes? Lastly, so we can make sure we’re helping in the right way: what would “resolved” look like for you here (getting connected with a human, getting your kits back/accessible again, or not getting blocked by chat credits)?
