Yes all of this. I'll answer this for them ^
- emails and text should be customizable, at a minimum include event, time, how to join. Emails should be stylized like all other flows. Edit title.
- Customize when and how frequently they go out. Everyone will be different.
- That's up to your developers. No one should be forced to use calendly, but if you can't develop the same features, integrate.
Ideally people don't have to pay for both Calendly and your service for a true scheduling platform. More people would likely pay for your service if scheduling was better. I would cancel my calendly if I could.. but I can't :(

- What specific features would you like to see in the appointment confirmation emails and texts?
- How frequently do you expect to send these reminders, and would you like the timing to be customizable?
- Would you prefer the integration with Calendly to be optional or a core part of the feature?
