I would like to send an automation to a group instead of waiting for a new purchase or subscriber. I know you can do a broadcast to a group but I would prefer to be able to do a series of emails so it would be easier to do it from automations.

It would be incredibly helpful to set up automated email sequences for specific groups—not just for new subscribers.
Right now, automation seems limited to initial signups, but many of us organise our audience into groups after they join (e.g. clients, contractors, care workers). Being able to assign a unique email sequence to each group would allow for more tailored communication and better engagement.
This feature would really enhance how we onboard, educate, and stay connected with different types of subscribers over time.

What types of subscriber groups do you currently organize, and how do you envision assigning email sequences to them?
How frequently would you like these automated email sequences to be sent to each group?

Could you please specify the frequency and timing of the automated emails you'd like to send to the group?
What kind of content would you like to include in these automated emails?
Would you like to have the ability to customize the email series for different groups?

In the particular situation I am looking at currently I want to be able to email certain groups about an upcoming event and keep reminding them up to sign up until the event.  I would love the option to email them every one to two days leading up to the event.  
The contents of the email I have in mind would primarily be copy in the body of the email and links (maybe even a pdf).
I would love to be able to customize for different groups!
