Hey Judy Cheng, thanks for your feedback! I have a few more questions for you:
- What specific languages should the captions support?
- Are there any particular accessibility standards or guidelines we should follow for the captions?
- Would you like the captions to be automatically generated or manually added by course creators?

- I am only looking for English, but maybe look at your customer base? Or Spanish and Mandarin since more people speak those languages.
- I wouldn’t have known but my sister who is hearing impaired just sent me this info:
https://www.tpgi.com/color-contrast-checker/
When you use the analyzer it will tell you what the color contrast ratio is. Web content accessibility guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2 recommends a color contrast ratio of least 4.5:1
Sometimes Judy’s captions could use a bit more contrast with the background
- Captions should be automatically generated with the option to correct words.
