Add BlueSky and Mastodon to Media Kit

Both Mastodon and Bluesky have become pretty popular alternatives to Twitter/X, and therefore there should be a way to add them to the Media kit. Currently my Mastodon and Bluesky are far larger than my Twitter/X ever was and I want to present these numbers.
