Ability to sell Live-webinars as a product

The shop only has 4 product options: digital product, appointments, courses and memberships. It does not allow creators to sell a live-webinar seat other than creating it as a digital product.

Workshops
tracyp
I would love to be able to sell Live workshops and events.
Jacob Choi-Durham
Hello tracyp! I have a few more questions for you:
- What types of live workshops and events are you interested in hosting on our platform?
- How frequently do you plan to host these workshops or events?
- Are there any specific features or tools you would need to effectively manage and sell these workshops?
tracyp
Jacob Choi-Durham I host workshops a few times a month. I currently use eventbrite for the sales page. Its free to use. I would love to be able to use beacons as I do with my digital downloads. I think being able to offer just a sales page with a buy button. Maybe a countdown timer. also to offer different pricing that includes donation/pay what you want.

Need Webinar or group coaching booking facility.

Can you please create a product to enable selling an appointment for a webinar or group coaching session. I.e. a live workshop integrating with zoom, etc. 1:1 appointments or digital products do not really cut it for that purpose. Your competitor does it easily.

Sales for person attendance for classes and Waivers

Karrie
I don't see a function where I can sell a workshop or class on a specific day during a specific time that my clients can attend that is in person. That would be a great feature to add. Also I would like to request to be able to upload a waiver for them to sign and agree to as well.
Jacob Choi-Durham
Hello Karrie! I have a few more questions for you:
- What types of workshops or classes are you planning to offer, and how frequently do you expect to schedule them?
- Do you have any specific requirements for the waiver, such as format or content, that we should consider?
- How do you currently manage class registrations and waivers, and what challenges are you facing with your current process?

Great to hear your perspective, Marina Paparakou! I have a few more questions for you:
- What specific features or integrations would you like to see in the webinar or group coaching booking facility?
- How frequently do you plan to host webinars or group coaching sessions, and what is the typical size of your audience?
- Are there any specific platforms or tools, besides Zoom, that you would like this feature to integrate with?

Jacob Choi-Durham Hi Jacob thanks for getting back to me
- Ability to set time/date integrating with calendar. Integrating with Zoom & Google Meet. Ability to set maximum amount of people. Functioning similar to your "appointment" product but with the ability of multiple seat bookings for the same time/date. Also with the ability to limit amount of sales/seats. Then beacons could send confirmation with meeting link and instructions to the buyers. Maybe also the facility of uploading a file they can download with information or the workbook etc for the workshop. That would be great.
- Starting with 1, 2 times per month but may become more regular. I am sure this facility would be useful for many others. Whether it is for delivering workshops or marketing group sessions, challenges, etc.
- I am happy with Zoom, but others may also want to have Google Meet.
Thank you!

I desperately need to have webinar/group coaching session booking facility. Ability to set time/date integrating with calendar. Integrating with zoom. Ability to set maximum amount of people. Stanstore does it easily. The product can be called webinar/group session appointment. Functioning similar to your "appointment" product but with the ability of multiple seat bookings for the same time/date. Also with the ability tolimit amount of sales/seats. Then beacons could send confirmation with meeting link to the buyers.

Great to hear your perspective, ebbnflows! I have a few more questions for you:
- What specific features would you like to see in the integration for selling in-person classes and services?
- Are there any existing platforms or tools you currently use for managing in-person events that you find effective?
- How do you envision the process of booking and managing these in-person events through our platform?

Jacob Choi-Durham I can definitely add to this as well in case @ebbenflows doesn't ⬇️
- What specific features would you like to see in the integration for selling in-person classes and services?
I’d love to see a seamless way to list and sell tickets for live events, classes, and workshops directly through my Beacons page. Key features that would be helpful include:
- A customizable event page with details, images, and pricing
- Integrated payment processing (Stripe, PayPal, etc.)
- Automated confirmation emails and reminders for attendees
- Waitlist functionality for fully booked events
- Option for promo codes/discounts
- Google Calendar & iCal integration for easy scheduling
- Are there any existing platforms or tools you currently use for managing in-person events that you find effective?
I’ve explored platforms like Eventbrite and Calendly, which offer some great booking and payment options. However, having everything within Beacons would streamline the process and keep everything in one place for my audience.
- How do you envision the process of booking and managing these in-person events through our platform?
I imagine a simple, user-friendly system where I can:
- Create an event listing with all relevant details
- Set ticket prices (including free or donation-based options)
- Share the event link through my Beacons page and social media
- Track registrations and manage attendees from a dashboard
- Automate confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups
This would make it SO much easier to manage events while keeping everything organized in one platform - Beacons!
