Ability to upsell / order bump to store appointments

- How do you envision the upselling process to be integrated into the current scheduling process?
- What features would you like to see in the upselling/order bump process to make it more effective for your needs?

Jacob Choi-Durham hi. Thanks for the follow up. In our store, we add 'appointment'. When someone books an appointment, when they select a date and time based on our availability, immediately someone selects a time, a trigger should happen for an order bump / upsell OR can be shown at checkout. The option should come up for us to add a 'digital product' (e.g., ebook, Checklist, guide, workshops, etc.; course option in store (can be bundled with appointments where discount pricing allows for increase in AOV) to purchase with the appointment. As an advisor, besides selling time for knowledge and expertise, diversifying revenue streams to add on at a discount, same as the process if a client was just solely purchasing a digital product... the order bump / upsell box pops up - same should be available for store appointments. Clients are buying time. We should have an option to upsell / order bump with our digital products in our store, no matter what 'type' of product sits in the store. Upsell / order bump should be standard to increase AOV for all. Hope this makes sense? Also read features for multicart add ons. That would be a plus as well. Thank you.
