Limiting appointment slots

In order to manage appointment volumes, I'd like the option to add a buffer time to each appointment (ex. appointments are 45 minutes + a 15 minute buffer at the end, so 1 hour is allotted and I always have time between calls to file notes etc.) as well as limit the number of appointments per day so that even though I may have 7 time slots listed, once 4 appointments have been booked that day is no longer bookable.

- I want to make my appointments more exclusive, so there's a limit on how many people can book. Anyone can try, but only the first 10 or those with exclusive access get a call.
- I'd love to have recurring sessions with specific people. For example, someone could book an appointment with me and then automatically schedule more appointments for the same time each month. It's like an ongoing support call.
- Since I can't limit how many people can book a call with me, I have to offer a digital product that can only be purchased twice. In this product, there's a link to my schedule landing page where appointments can be made.
