Multiple Custom Forms on Digital products
Directly Actors
it would be really ideal if you could add multiple custom forms to the forms that digital products collect when you take payment. Currently, there's only one custom editable form, and it's quite restrictive.

Thanks for posting this, Directly Actors — really helpful feedback. Right now digital products only support a single custom editable form at checkout, but we hear you on how limiting that can be. We’ll share this with the team to look into, and follow up if we need any more details from you.

Please let us add more things to the checkout such as MCQs

I'd love to add more custom fields which include MCQs so e can collect more info on how they found our product etc!
Jacob Choi-Durham
Hiya musicbackyard, thanks for this post! I have a few more questions for you:
- What specific types of information are you looking to collect with the MCQs?
- How do you envision the MCQs being integrated into the current checkout process?
- Are there any specific examples of MCQs you would like to include?

Agreed! Beacons really needs more support for event-based businesses.

Stan.store has this option for custom fields. When will Beacons.ai have this option?? Without this feature, this limited to the ones that running a lead genration business.
A custom field option that Beacons.ai have is only one. We need multiply custom field options when a customer or client fills out a form.

Can add more custom forms fields
transend_studio
I help my clients manage their email lists by segmenting subscribers based on income, social connections, and even open-ended questions. I wish I could add more than just one custom form field to better assess the quality of leads when they sign up. Thank you very muuuuch!

Agreed. Stan has so many options for custom fields with orders (drop down menu, multiple choice, multiple free text, etc).

Hiya transend_studio, thanks for this post! I have a few more questions for you:
- What specific types of custom form fields would be most beneficial for your needs?
- How many additional custom form fields would you ideally like to have?
- Are there any specific data points or metrics you would like to capture with these additional fields?
transend_studio
Hey Jacob Choi-Durham. thank you for your questions. here are my answers. hope it is clear.
- One suggestion is a drop-down menu. For example, you can use it to determine income level or skill level, so I can tailor my emails accordingly. It's also useful to have the option to add multiple custom form fields, like social links, occupation or 'would you like to sign up for my newsletter too?'
- I use forms for both my newsletter and my service business, so there can be more than 5 form fields.
- For example, an inquiry for a graphic designer might include questions like What is your budget?' and 'What service are you interested in?' It goes beyond just email marketing and helps me get more clients through my website.
Thank you very much xx

transend_studio Agreed. If you're going to offer an appointment type product, there needs to a form/questionnaire the client can fill out before appointment is made.

The reason for this is that The custom field only shows 1 (this is limiting the information I need from my clients). Hopefully Beacon could add this as there features.
