Abandoned cart emails sequence

The lack of abandoned cart is a serious feature to miss. You have a lot of good features but I don't understand why adding abandoned cart email sequence is still a problem for Link In Bio platforms. It seems the only way to collect emails with Beacons or Stan Store is by offering lead magnets for free. Sometimes we need to run paid ads driving traffic directly to the store. It would be nice to retarget visitors based on their behavior on our stores. Missing this feature is losing a lot of money for digital products sellers. I wonder what's hard about adding it.

Hiya John Ntaganda, thanks for this post! I have a few more questions for you:
- Can you provide more details on how you envision the abandoned cart email sequence working?
- What specific information would you like to see included in the abandoned cart emails?
- Are there any specific triggers or user behaviors that you believe should prompt an abandoned cart email?

Jacob Choi-Durham thanks for the follow up. Abandoned cart email flow is a powerful way to The most obvious benefit is the potential to re-engage customers who left items in their cart, reminding them of their interest and encouraging them to complete the purchase. Offering free lead magnets is not sexy as it was a year ago. People don't sign up for freebies or if they do they barely open them. And for those who are serious about promoting their products should be allowed to collect emails in different ways. Paid Ads are a great way to drive traffic to stores. When traffic reaches the store and look around and visit other pages, there should be a way to retarget them. For example, if someone tries to start a checkout process, add a product to cart, fill out their info but for some reason they change their mind, this shouldn't be the end of it. This person showed interest already. We just need to follow up, remind them, offer discounts, coupon codes etc... The email flow should be built around these offers to entice them to come back and shop. This is also a great way to build email list without giving freebies/lead magnets for free.

I don't see a way to have an auto email response to people who abandon cart or incomplete payments. There is multiple ways to go about this. Maybe either have an email request before checking your product is 1 idea. Also failed payments email reminders would be nice

Hello mindsethabits! I have a few more questions for you:
- Could you provide more details on how you envision the email reminder system for failed payments?
- What specific information would you like to be included in the auto email response for abandoned carts?
- Do you have any preferences for the timing or frequency of these reminder emails?
