Hi, I think there is a bug in the analytics for the website visit tracker. For example, I've had people buy things from my store, and it won't register in the analytics sometimes for a couple of days, if at all. When it comes to the mailing lists, I'm not sure about the sent or received accountability, but regarding the newsletter/broadcast being opened, it will say I opened it from the email I have on my mailing list when I haven't even opened them at all. The same happens with people I know personally who are on my mailing list.

Anyways, I'm not sure if I used the right terminology for everything or even the proper channel to alert your awesome team of this bug, but I still want to let you guys know that I love the product and its evolution. Keep it up!!
