I’m a Pro Plan user facing a critical issue with my Beacons account affecting my business.
Whenever a client tries to access a product (even free ones), they see:
"Payment not available. This creator is unable to accept payment at this time."
Key details:
  • My PayPal is properly configured and active, with no restrictions.
  • The issue affects all products, indicating it’s related to my Beacons account, not external settings.
  • I tested another Beacons account, and it works, confirming this is specific to my account.
  • I’ve received no email or notification regarding restrictions.
Impact:
As a Pro Plan user, this issue severely disrupts my ability to sell and serve clients.
Request:
Please investigate urgently and provide a resolution or instructions if action is needed on my end.
